The Technology Forge offers an extensive support network to clients both during implementation and for the duration of the contract with Project Managers, Account Managers and the Help Desk Service all providing support.

Help Desk
The help desk service operates from our office in Leeds which gives a single point of contact for the customer – both users and technical staff - and is manned by staff who will take calls via telephone, email or via the web. The service is available from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. All user calls are logged onto our own Help Desk database and given a unique number to be tracked through to closure.

The Technology Forge offers  a wide range of training courses to fit each client's requirements.  Classroom based training courses can be delivered at the client site or from our head office in Leeds and our own equipment is provided for all of the site training. For added flexibility we also offer remote training, delivered by our COLF accredited online trainer.  A full list of training courses on offer can be found on the training page.

The Technology Forge holds complimentary training webinars at least once a month on a range of topics. These range from refresher courses on key modules to introductory training on new modules. They are very popular and completely free of charge to attend for clients.  For details on the upcoming webinars and how to book head over to the webinars page.

User Groups, Seminars and Other Events

The Technology Forge runs User Groups which meet multiple times a year. The User Group is very active and provides an excellent forum for discussing functionality, usability and major enhancements. In the last 12 months, for example, we held our User Group events in London, Leeds, Rhondda, Birmingham, Dorset, Conwy and Glasgow. On top of this we hold regional meetings and focus groups in a variety of locations. We also exhibit at several property and asset management events each year where we often see many of our clients. Details of all user groups, seminars and other events can be found on the events page.
