Given the ever increasing demands for efficiency and cost savings, having the right technology is a key factor for many in helping drive change, working more effectively, better management of assets and being able to report consistently to measure outcomes. Survey results indicated that satisfaction with systems and suppliers is currently high.
The study found that the biggest period of implementation of property systems was between 2008 and 2011 when it is thought that public sector organisations started to view technology as a tool to help drive through structural changes and longer term savings.
Current trends for property management systems include procurement on a monthly fee basis instead of capital investment. The Software as a Service (SaaS) model is adopted in the procurement of our tf cloud product which is available via the G-Cloud framework.

Whilst the sample size in this study is small, we believe we actually have a greater market share than that suggested with over 135 major public sector clients and over a third of London local authorities.
