ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organisations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction. The standard is based on the idea of continual improvement and defined how The Technology Forge can meet the requirements of our customers and other stakeholders.

The Technology Forge was already ISO 27001 certified (Information Security Management) and via meeting these three standards we are able to assure our clients that high standards are met across the multiple facets of the organisation.
