Help Desk

The Help Desk can assist with a wide range of tasks
such as operational queries and software errors as well
as other queries that fall outside the normal areas
of support e.g. training requests, the development of
specific reports and general IT consultancy.
Customers should contact the Help Desk if you:
are experiencing problems with our software or services
require
usability advice
want
to request software enhancements
would
like to request any training
require
any general developments
have
any support queries
The help desk service is available from 9.00 am to
5.00 pm Monday-Friday but we do receive faxes and emails
outside these hours. Customers are asked to give their
name and location and to provide as much detail as possible
surrounding the problem or request. The Help Desk Administrator
will enter details of the call onto the Help Desk system
and will give the customer a help call number. This
number should be given whenever a customer refers to
this call in the future.
tf. webdesk is now live! Customers can now submit their Help Desk issues via the web. To use tf. webdesk you will need your user ID and password.
