Support

The Technology Forge, as a software house, is 100% focused on the development and support of tf. facility, its core product. We are a UK based software company with UK directors and not dependent on any overseas organisations or staff for financial or other support. We currently have over 30 staff in the company who are solely dedicated to this activity. Our team of IT and business professionals provides a combination of technical expertise and business experience. All Development and Support staff are based at our office in Leeds where we are able to offer our clients first-rate technical support, whether it be by remote dial-in, telephone or email. We also provide a hosting service, whereby tf. facility is held on our server and managed and maintained centrally by TF.

Our clients often comment that they see us as a partner rather than a supplier, as we seek to develop informal partnerships with all our clients, creating an environment for a more open and mutually beneficial relationship. The Technology Forge encourages dialogue with and between our users and undertakes an active role within the User Group, which has been running for the last 10 years .
