The suitability form is used to record details of suitability
surveys as they are undertaken on a room by room basis.
The fields on the form are those defined by the DfES
AMP specification.
The form can be exported to Excel to produce a hard
copy pro forma, which can be used to collect the relevant
data or the spreadsheets can be sent to the schools
for completion and subsequent automated update. Alternatively
the data can be collected electronically using handheld
computers, Palms or Pocket PC's and interfaced directly
into our system. These options can totally eliminate
the need for dual data entry.
Textual information can be entered along with scores
to provide additional comments. A summary pro forma,
in accordance with the DfES guidelines is also produced
by the system. The facility to extract the suitability
data requested by the DfES is also included.

"The Technology Forge has been a keen player in the development of DfES AMP data in Hertfordshire. They have been extremely
pro-active in responding to our needs and in helping us to develop ways of showing and analysing our data. . .I am very pleased
to recommend them." |
