Information is recorded about establishments or buildings
and within these, blocks. The field names and type of
information to be stored is user definable. Tabbed data
entry forms are used to keep the information in one
place and to make the system easier to use and navigate
around.
Details about the type and use of the building are
accommodated along with general text files to describe
the condition and known issues. The property register
fully integrates with CAD allowing true bi-directional
synchronisation.

We have designed our software to ensure
that relevant documentation can be attached to the majority
of modules within the system. Documents ranging from photographs,
spreadsheets, scanned images, PDF files or even AutoCAD
drawings can be attached. This enables a comprehensive
catalogue of detailed information to be accessed at the
touch of a button.

Our software incorporates a variety of reports
in the form of pre-defined System reports, customised
User reports and ad-hoc filtered reports. The reports
are menu driven on the main desktop system and icon driven
on the web interface.
