Annual User Group Review
Last week we held our Annual User Group at The Oval in London and over 40 delegates from 20+ local authorities were in attendance. The feedback from the day was excellent and there were some great sessions on the new TF handheld, User Reporting, the new TF User Community, tf cloud, Capital Accounting, Technology & IT briefing as well as a guest presentation from Jonathan Arnold on the recent implementation of tf cloud at LB of Croydon. If anyone could not make the event and would like a copy of the slides please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Annual User Group and Customer Satisfaction Survey
We can now announce the details of our 2012 User Group Meeting which is taking place on Thursday 4th October at The Oval Cricket Stadium, London. London Borough of Camden decided to purchase a new asset management system as their current system was not meeting the needs of their education department. Following recommendations from other authorities they decided that tf. facility was the best solution to meet their needs. Modules purchased include condition, suitability, sufficiency and accommodation modelling.
