TF wins Corporate Contract at London Borough of Havering

London Borough of Havering, the second largest borough in Greater London, have purchased tf. facility for their corporate asset management system. The purchase followed a strict tender process to replace their existing in-house asset management system.

The Technology Forge system will enable Havering to achieve greater results in corporate asset management planning, improve their government submissions for sustainability, whole life costing, suitability & fitness for purpose and manage property information such as property management, asbestos registers & condition surveys. Modules purchased include: condition survey with handheld templates, CAD and GIS activation, suitability, sufficiency, corporate suitability, DAA with handheld templates, hazard, plant/asset register, project management, finance, resource booking, estates management, valuations, utility register, tf. director and tf. web.
