Place Partnership was formed in 2015, bringing together the real estate expertise of six public sector authorities into one transformative company that not only acts as a joint property vehicle for its six initial shareholding customers, but which also delivers high quality commercial services to the wider marketplace. Place Partnership has a deep understanding of the needs of its customers and extensive experience across all aspects of strategic property asset and estates management. This ensures the ability to deliver effective real estate solutions so as to achieve significant savings and maximise value, all in support of the customer’s overall business plan.

Place Partnership currently combines the property expertise of 6 public sector authorities in a single property and asset management business. The authorities are Worcester City Council, Hereford & Worcester Fire Authority, Worcestershire County Council, Redditch Borough Council, West Mercia Police and Warwickshire Police.

As part of the contract award The Technology Forge will be providing its market leading tf cloud system to help Place Partnership manage a property portfolio in excess of 1,300 properties across 4 counties. Modules we are providing as part of the implementation include Property, Plant, Inspections, Help Desk, Condition Survey, Questionnaire, DLO, Project Management, Timesheets, Asbestos, Resource Booking and Case Management. Place Partnership will also be taking advantage of tf cloud’s powerful portal access and handheld apps.
