Diocese of Westminster Selects tf cloud

We are pleased to announce our latest client, Diocese of Westminster. Following a detailed evaluation of the market the Diocese has selected our web-based asset management solution, tf cloud to manage its assets and pupil planning across the district.

Diocese of Westminster is the largest diocese of England and Wales in terms of Catholic population and priests and stretches across numerous London boroughs and into the county of Hertfordshire. The Diocese is responsible for over 200 schools, both primary and secondary, and has an important role in ensuring property and other assets are managed efficiently and effectively.

Nigel Spears, Assistant Director of Capital Strategy & Pupil Placement Planning at Diocese of Westminster comments:

“The Diocese of Westminster has been exploring options to support the Asset Management and Pupil Planning functions of the Diocesan Education Service and the Diocesan Property Service for many months. We are pleased to announce that The Technology Forge has been awarded the contract to provide the software solution that will enable us to develop an effective asset management strategy for the schools and parishes of our diocese and therefore target our resources effectively. Clear data and evidence of need will help bring transparency to the decision making process that informs our diocesan capital investment programme”.

The Diocese of Westminster will be using the full tf cloud product suite including property, condition survey, identified work, help desk (reactive maintenance), inspections, estates management, suitability, sufficiency and much more.

Louise Jesudason, Sales Executive at The Technology Forge comments:

“We are delighted to have gained our first diocesan client and are looking forward to implementing this project over the coming weeks and months. The Diocese has a great team of property professionals and we are excited to be working alongside them”.
