Jersey Property Holdings seal of approval for tf. facility

“The Technology Forge ticked all the boxes."

States of Jersey’s vision for a joined-up asset management system is a significant step closer through the procurement of tf. facility. The Technology Forge will be working hard to provide States of Jersey with a valuable resource for information sharing that will play a vital role in enabling them to achieve their aspirations of optimising their property operations and improving quality of service.

States of Jersey have a diverse property portfolio and needed a flexible system to effectively manage this. As their existing systems weren’t up to the job the decision was reached to procure a new system that would act as a central resource for all asset management data. Following a review of the available software and a first-class reference visit, the contract was awarded to The Technology Forge. Critical to the contract is The Technology Forge’s ability to create an interface to States of Jersey’s finance system, J D Edwards, using XML import and export schemas.
