Wyre Borough Council procure tf. facility lite

The Technology Forge is delighted to announce the addition of another new client, Wyre Borough Council. Following a thorough marketplace evaluation Wyre Borough Council chose tf. facility lite for their asset management software. tf. facility lite is the slim line version of tf. facility and is an ideal solution for organisations with a small number of assets to manage. tf. facility lite can be used as a standalone package or can be seamlessly integrated to other software packages or databases.

One of the requirements of Wyre Borough Council is for the asset management system to be integrated to their existing Civica accounts system. An interface will be created by The Technology Forge using the Enterprise Integration Toolkit, a product developed in house to create interfaces between tf. facility and other applications.

Craven District Council choose tf. facility lite

Following a strict tender process Craven District Council has selected The Technology Forge to supply their property management system. tf. facility lite is the slim line version of tf. facility and is an ideal solution for organisations with a small number of assets to manage. tf. facility lite can be used as a standalone package or can be seamlessly integrated to other software packages or databases.

Prior to implementation Craven were using a variety of data sources to collect and store data. It was decided that a more joined up approach was needed to allow data to be held and used more efficiently, resulting in significant rime and cost savings. The implementation of tf. facility will improve Craven’s ability to review the management of their properties, develop a rolling maintenance programme and maintain buildings while ensuring that they are accessible and in good state of repair.
