Peak District Goes Lite
The Technology Forge has successfully tendered to supply the Peak District National Park Authority with its new asset management solution, tf. facility lite. Specifically designed for smaller property portfolios, the package carries all the power and benefits of tf. facility, it’s just lighter. ‘It provided the most cost effective and qualitative solution to fulfil our requirements’ (Frank Evans, Property Assistant).
The Authority’s Property Department is responsible for managing the National Park Authority’s main properties, co-ordinating building and maintenance work, conducting valuations and providing staff and Authority members with advice on rating, insurance & security. In going out to tender, the department was looking to p rovide the Asset Management Planning process with up-to-date, integrated and accurate information on Authority properties so as to enable its members to make objective decisions about them.
To achieve this, the system will comprise both day-to-day maintenance modules and higher level management tools: these include Condition, DAA, Hazard surveys, Planned and Reactive Maintenance, CAD and GIS integration as well as tf. director for kPI reporting.
