The Hazard module enables users to develop and manage a schedule of monitoring activities for known hazards on the estate. The main use of this module is to create an asbestos register. Hazards can be linked to the building or space in which they are present and can also be linked to an asset (pump, boiler etc.) if required.
We have made the module available on the Pocket PC to help make the data collection process even faster, easier and more productive whilst out on site.
The system allows users to record the condition and location of the hazard as well as incorporating many other user defined fields. Dates for the last inspection and future inspections can be created to manage the inspection regime. |
