The finance module allows users to add and fully track
orders through all stages of the processing lifecycle.
All orders can be raised against a budget centre and
invoices linked back to the same account codes. We have
extensive experience of Public Sector accounting and
fully appreciate the importance of tracking commitment
and expenditure, especially at the critical year end
period.
Budget centres can be created to reflect annual budgets
or for specific projects. In this way users can have
an accurate and up to date picture of all orders commitment
and expenditure. The system includes full order and
invoice tracking with multiple search and query facilities
to review invoices by status, date and supplier.
Our professional experts have written many software
interfaces into different financial packages to help
ensure that the data held by the Accounts Department
and the Facilities professionals is consistent and automatically
reconciled.
