tf. facility - The Logical Choice

The Technology Forge has successfully tendered to supply Waverley Borough Council with tf. facility for the purposes of Estates Management. The contract was recently awarded after the council took the opportunity to review the property system marketplace along with its existing systems. Once again, it was tf. facility’s user-friendliness which set the system apart from its competitors, as Ailsa Rhodes, Estates Officer comments: ‘‘tf. facility was the most logical system we looked at. Our decision was also based on the enthusiasm of the TF staff’’.

tf. facility will enable Waverley Borough Council to manage its property and estates data from a central system with tf. facility integrating into the council’s MapInfo GIS. Indeed, the system will comprise the Property Register for managing individual properties and the Estates module for managing deeds, including freehold and leaseholds, lettings, disposals and acquisitions. The system will be operated by staff in the Property Section and we at The Technology Forge look forward to working with the Property team, as we feel the council’s direction for its Estates systems lends itself well to that of tf. facility.
