The Technology Forge at the PSPE Conference 29th March, London
The Technology Forge will be exhibiting at the third PSPE (Public Service Property & Estates Conference) to be held on 29th March at the QEII Conference Centre, London. Organised by Public Service Events in association with COPROP (Association of Chief Corporate Property Officers in Local Government, with the support of ACES( Association of Chief Estates Surveyors & Property Managers in Local Government), the event is open to all delegates with an interest in public sector property and asset management in the UK.
Speakers will include Dinesh Kotecha, Event Chair, COPROP President and Head of Capital & Asset Management at Luton Borough Council and Chris Kane, Head of Corporate Real Estate at the BBC. The afternoon will feature a range of breakout seminars, including a discussion on Property Software in Local Government chaired by leading consultant Terry Pitt.
The Technology Forge will be showcasing its significantly expanded range of products, reaffirming its commitment to the public sector:
tf. facility lite is ideal for organisations, like District Councils and National Park Authorities, seeking a powerful, flexible and proven system to manage smaller property portfolios. We recognise that smaller public sector organisations have the same AMP needs as larger ones, but not the same budgets. Opting for tf. facility lite doesn’t mean a compromise on functionality – it has all the power and benefits of tf. facility, it’s just lighter.
tf. cadutility, The Technology Forge CAD Attribute Manager application is invaluable for efficiently manipulating data in AutoCAD drawings as well as printing to a web format for viewing. tf. cadutility is the ideal tool for Asset Managers who need to produce CAD plans for external parties eg. building subcontractors but have no working knowledge of AutoCAD. It offers considerable time savings whilst increasing the quality of drawings and their presentation.
tf. cleaning perceptibly enhances the managing of cleaning services whilst reducing the turnaround time on contract variations by over 80%. Updates to schedules can be done through the web, hand held devices or AutoCAD drawings.
tf. decent homes significantly increases the quality of data collection whilst reducing project timescales. Web and handheld enabled, this product is very flexible, allowing surveys to be tailored to particular contracts.
Additional web enabled products include web based Suitability and Project Management, fully integrated to our core product, tf. facility.
