The Estates Management module enables users to track information about their property portfolio in a fully integrated manner. The Land Terrier, Property Register and Asset Management Plans can be developed together without duplication of data. This enables the Property Manger to have the strategic level information demanded by the ODPM in order to make key decisions on investment and disposals.

Included in the module is a full list of Deeds, Leases and Lets with many user defined fields at all levels. A diary feature provides notification of forthcoming reviews.

Notes can be added and key changes logged building a complete history of every item. Links to all main GIS systems are readily available, as is the ability to link to any other electronic documents.
