In a contract recently awarded by Cheshire County Council, The Technology Forge is delighted to announce that the Council has chosen to implement the TF software system tf. cleaning. The contract is to replace the existing systems currently in place at Cheshire County Council, with a single software package.

Cheshire County Council’s County Business Services (CBS) are responsible for a diverse range of services including routine cleaning in accordance with contract specifications and Service Level Agreements ( SLA’s) and maintenance cleaning in all educational buildings. In addition, CBS are also involved in grounds maintenance contracts covering Cheshire schools, colleges, police buildings, social services establishments, libraries and County Offices. The Technology Forge’s integrated tf. cleaning system will assist CBS with these Facilities Management activities.

Paul Hayward, Council ICT Project Leader commented: "We chose The Technology Forge because the tf.cleaning system was an almost perfect fit to our business operations. As an extensive product, it will enable us to replace a number of disparate software systems with a wholly integrated solution. Having won the Regional ‘ Enterprise in Britain’ award, Leeds City Council has selected The Technology Forge to feature in their entry into the National ‘Capital of Enterprise’ competition. As part of their entry into the National competition Leeds City Council wanted to feature successful businesses in and around the Leeds area so came to the offices in Otley to shoot a video. The video focussed on the history of The Technology Forge, the success of the Company and the future of the business in terms of growth internally and externally within the market place.
