The Technology Forge is committed to continually developing and enhancing our integrated product suite to keep up with the latest technology and clients’ evolving requirements. Latest updates include:
• Accommodation Modelling Module • Developed in partnership with Surrey County Council, this new module is linked to the Suitability module for Education AMP and makes the whole Suitability process significantly simpler. It enables Education Asset Managers to highlight, at the click of the mouse, which of their schools have accommodation issues, namely a surplus or shortfall in accommodation. Users are able to define, for different types of building, what the accommodation should be. These models can be defined by the number of types of rooms or by area.
• HSG227 • The Asbestos Survey module has been enhanced with an option to configure Risk Analysis in line with HSG227 (Health & Safety Guidance 227). Standard lists taken from the Guidance, have been added at Priority Assessment level.
• tf. cadutility Update • As well as printing AutoCAD drawings en masse in your required format, you can now hatch rooms to show who occupies them. The hatching wizard allows you to create new hatches or used predefined hatches, then if required, apply these changes to the drawing. Interested?
