The condition survey module can be purchased as part
of an overall AMP or operate as a standalone system.
The module can be used to record details of condition
surveys as they are undertaken on a block by block basis.
Details of problems found are recorded, grouped and
categorised with user definable fields.
The system supports two levels of surveys. Firstly,
it is possible to carry out simple element surveys and
quickly score the key elements, sub-elements and items
of a building. Alternatively a detailed survey can be
carried out with textual descriptions and work identified.
There is a mail merge type output to enable users to
define their output survey reports in MS Word templates
and automatically use data from tf. facility, simplifying
report production
Information can be entered manually or collected on
site via handheld data collection methods, making the
process faster, easier and productive.
