This optional module is ideal for users who want to record, manage and report on farms and holdings details including building, fixtures, sufficiency, milk quotas, etc.
The tf. facility rural estates module allows you to record farms of different types, with dedicated areas for milk quotas, sufficiency surveys for assessing the capacity of the holding against it’s designation, maintenance section for recording the last and next dates against a number of inspections and activities, Document Register for linking any number or type of documents for future viewing, such as correspondence or photographs and a field section for recording fields leased between holdings.
This section of the module is very useful for tracking fields that are leased/transferred between farms. The user can record the current status of the field (e.g. owned or leased), whether it is set aside, the start and end dates, area, use, etc. as well as charges and rents associated if appropriate.
This module also integrates with a variety of GIS systems allowing the user to view the farm on a map with a simple right click.
An automatic Audit trail is provided, tracking key changes (recording who and when the record was changed) and also allows the user to create notes and reminders that are automatically entered in to the integral diary.
The added benefit of this module is its integration into the overall asset management system allowing a holistic approach to the management of your organisations complete property and asset portfolio.
"The Council are pleased that they have chosen the right asset management system to meet the varying business needs
of the authority. tf. facility will undoubtedly improve our asset management planning and the management of the Council’s estate.”
