The Project Management modules enable users to monitor and report on progress of capital projects. Completely integrated with tf. facility, it allows items on the identified work register to be carried forward into capital project candidates.
The module allows you to set appraisal scoring regimes to ensure fair evaluation and distribution of capital funds against clear criteria. Each project can be tracked for physical progress against plan and financial progress against budget, thus enabling production of the ODPM Performance Indicators (PIs). A monthly progress report can be produced showing progress against the original plan and budget.
